Our purpose is simple: to create opportunities for people to learn, grow and achieve in an environment built on excellence, professionalism and community. Ben Clayden
Sports Director & Chief Executive Officer
Ben has led the development of Senshin Sports since 2012 and has played a central role in its growth into one of Ireland's leading participation and development sports organisations. A former Irish Judo Association General Secretary, National Grading Officer and Sport Ireland Coach Developer, Ben combines expertise in coaching, governance, leadership and athlete development. His focus is the long‑term development of people, programmes and opportunities
Edith Murphy
Chief Operating Officer & Children's Officer
Edith oversees the day‑to‑day operations of Senshin Sports and ensures the organisation delivers a professional, welcoming and supportive experience for every member. As Children's Officer she leads safeguarding and participant welfare, ensuring the wellbeing of children and young people remains central to everything we do. Her leadership helps create an environment where athletes and families can thrive.
