Tiny Tumblers

This beginner class is perfect for young gymnasts aged 4 to 6 who are just starting their gymnastics journey. Tiny Tumblers introduces basic gymnastics movements in a playful and encouraging environment, helping children develop balance, coordination, strength, and flexibility.

Through fun activities and foundational skills, this class is ideal for building confidence, motor skills, and a love for gymnastics in young beginners!

Mixed Level Artistic Gymnastics

These Mixed level Artistic Gymnastics class are tailored for gymnasts aged 7 to 16 who are ready to develop their skills in artistic gymnastics. Focusing on core movements, flexibility, strength, and coordination, this session helps young athletes build confidence and refine their techniques in a fun and supportive setting.

It’s perfect for kids looking to enhance their gymnastics abilities while enjoying an engaging and active experience!

Gymstart Foundations Gymnastics

Our GymStart Foundations classes offer progression for gymnasts who have attended our mixed level recreational classes for 6 months or more. These invite-only 1.5-hour sessions focus on developing strength, flexibility, fitness, and gymnastics skills.

Emphasis is placed on gymnastics apparatus – vault, floor, beam, and bar work, as well as tumbling and partner skills. Participants will work on skills required for Gymstart levels 1, 2, and 3.

Gymstart Squad Gymnastics

Our Squad sessions focus on preparing our competition stream players for Gymnastics Ireland Gymstart competitions.

These invite-only classes are divided into levels, each focusing on the skills required for that level of competition. These classes helps children improve and learn new gymnastics skills through targeted strength work, flexibility, skill stations, and routine work. Participants will build confidence and discipline while training toward specific skill goals.

They will practice skills on both floor and vault, including those required for Gymstart Levels
